A triple graduate degree in Business, Psychology and Migration/Refugee Studies doesn’t always lead to a career in real estate, but for me, it means that analyzing the financials and behavior behind buying and selling property is an exciting challenge and a unique high…but over the past year, I have worked almost exclusively with builders and developers, representing clients on about 60+ townhomes in development projects on the new construction side.

I am deeply familiar with the construction process for town homes and smaller development projects—including all of the many ups and downs along the way. My hard work makes it easier for developers, construction groups, investors, and everyone in between to focus on their expertise, while I handle the market (and the marketing). I’ve walked through hundreds of vacant homes, and under construction rehabs and new developments. I understand and value your end of the game —and want to help you take it to the next level.

Coming from a career that has spanned business development, PR, counseling, and hospitality, I have an affinity for client-facing roles that emphasize outstanding service. My passion for real estate was sparked a few years ago by helping a builder in their search for land and finding it.

No stranger to moving and relocating myself, I know the process can be nothing less than seamless if managed properly with foresight. I have relocated through four different continents herself, moving from India, the United Kingdom, Egypt and have chosen the Triangle as my forever home. This has been my home for 9 years and is where I live, work, shop, hike, party and volunteer.
